Kelly Frey's Bio:

Kelly Frey is a thought leader in corporate and technology law.  Kelly represented one of the first manufacturers of personal computers, one of the first digital download companies, and one of the first social networking companies.  Kelly is credited with developing the world’s first digital rights licensing system and worked with an EU–funded project to develop the world’s first digital rights trading platform.  Kelly routinely represents the headquarters’ locations of Fortune 1000 companies resident in the United States in corporate transactions and corporate compliance.  Most recently Kelly developed a sustainable, cost effective, and defensible anti-corruption system for a Fortune 10 technology company for use with over 30,000 sales channel partners around the world and was lead counsel for the 400 Million Dollar complete information technology infrastructure outsourcing of the North American operations of an international auto manufacturer.    Kelly is one of less than 10 attorneys in the world in private practice to be named a Fellow in the World Technology Network (selected by over 1,000 internationally recognized experts and futurists who are current Fellows for innovative legal work recognized to be of "the greatest likely long-term significance" – most lawyers selected to the WTN are professors at top tier law schools).  Kelly is the author of Frey on Technology Transactions and dozens of other books and articles on technology and corporate law.    Kelly also serves as general counsel to the Board of the Ethics and Compliance Officers Association (the international trade association for Chief Compliance Officers from the Global 1000).  Kelly also serves as President of the Nashville Film Festival (one of the top 10 festivals in the US) and produces movies (and represents indie film production companies).
